Transparent cancellation and money-back guidelines.
At PixelWeb24, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, since we deal primarily in digital services and products, we have a clear refund and cancellation policy to avoid any confusion. Please read these rules carefully before purchasing any service.
For web development and custom PHP projects, if our team has not started the work and you request a cancellation within 24 hours of payment, you may be eligible for a full refund. Once the work or research phase has begun, refunds will only be considered after deducting the proportionate amount for the work already done. No refunds are provided for completed and delivered projects.
For digital products like PDF books or downloadable source code files, we generally do not offer refunds because digital content cannot be returned once accessed. However, if you receive a corrupted file or a broken download link, contact our support within 48 hours. We will resolve the issue and provide the correct file.
Approved refunds are routed back to the original payment source. Razorpay refunds typically take 5 to 7 working days to reflect in your bank account. Transaction fees charged by the payment gateway are non-refundable.
